Who Should Take the Assessment
Pastors, church staff, lay leaders, and church members will all benefit from taking the SWCA, however it’s best if the primary leader of a church, usually the lead or senior pastor, starts the process.
Confidentiality
Personal information you submit through the SWCA will NOT be made public, and no congregation or leader will ever be publicly connected to their responses without their express written permission. Your responses will be used exclusively with your congregation and leaders. We may aggregate responses from all who take the SWCA and may use the anonymous accumulated scores in presentations or writings.
